Cancellation & Refunds: Online Training

Self-Paced Learning Courses:

• Refund Eligibility:
  
  
  
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days from the time of transaction or payment completion.
  • To be eligible, the user must have accessed less than 10% of the total course content.
  • If any specific module has been accessed beyond 25%, the money-back guarantee becomes void, even if less than 10% of the total course is completed.
  • If an E-Book or any other downloadable material is accessed or downloaded, the refund policy will be voided.

• Refund requests made beyond 7 days from the time of transaction or payment completion will not be accepted.
• Any refund requests submitted after the access conditions described above will not be eligible.

Live Bootcamp:

• No Refunds: Refunds are not available for Live Bootcamp sessions under any circumstances.
• Missed Sessions: If you miss any live sessions, you are granted free access to future sessions of the same Bootcamp. However, this does not extend to other bootcamps or additional offerings.

Instructor-Led Training:

• Refund Eligibility:
  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days from the time of transaction or payment completion.
  • Access to more than 10% of the total course content will make the participant ineligible for a refund.
  • If more than 25% of any individual module is accessed, the refund eligibility will be void, regardless of the overall course progress.
  • Accessing more than 1 day of live classes or recordings will also void the refund eligibility.
• Non-Eligibility:
  • If any downloadable content (such as E-Books or supplementary materials) is accessed or downloaded, the money-back guarantee becomes void.
  • Refund requests made after the 7-day window from the time of transaction or payment completion will not be accepted.

High-Ticket Programs with Phased Payments:

For high-ticket programs where payments are made in multiple phases:

• Refunds on Partial Payments: If the customer fails to complete the full payment as per the agreed schedule, no refunds will be provided for any amount already paid.
• Course Access: Full access to the program will only be granted once all payments have been successfully completed. Until then, access to course content or any other material may be restricted at our discretion.

Post-Refund Restrictions:

Once a refund request is processed and approved, the participant will permanently lose access to all products and services (both online and offline) offered by Devvratsingh.com. This includes:

• Access to all previously purchased courses, downloadable content, and any future offerings.
• No exceptions will be made for future access once a refund has been processed.

By accepting the refund, participants agree not to defame, discredit, or speak negatively about the Devvratsingh brand, its products, or services in any public or private forum.

• Defamation Clause: If a participant is found to be publicly defaming or making negative remarks about the brand after receiving a refund, Devvratsingh.com reserves the right to pursue legal action for defamation and damages.
  
  
  
  

Additional Terms & Conditions:

• Refunds are not available for courses purchased during special promotions, bundles, or discount offers.
• If the course is part of a subscription package, refunds will only apply to the first course in the package, subject to eligibility. No refunds will be provided for subsequent courses within the package.
• Multiple Refunds: If a participant has previously requested a refund for any course, they will not be eligible for refunds on subsequent course purchases.

Refund Processing:

All refund requests submitted via Instamojo or Razorpay will be processed within 5 to 7 business days, once approved. You will receive confirmation and updates from the payment provider via email during the refund process.
